Gear Requirements

For Practice:

• Mouthpiece if wearing braces otherwise optional
• Wrestling shoes
• Athletic shorts w/t-shirt or singlet
• Headgear is optional

For Tournaments:

• Mouthpiece if wearing braces otherwise optional
• Singlet or combat shorts & shirt
• Wrestling shoes
• Headgear (optional depending on respective date)
• Knee sliders or knee pads (optional)

The club will have headgear to loan, but if you can purchase your own, it is highly recommended.
